Ingrédients
- Apple-kiwi juice
- Cranberry juice
- Thé Paon butterfly pea tea
- Garnishes: mint sprigs, edible flowers and dehydrated citrus slices
Method
Fill up a highball with plenty of ice, then add the two juices and mix.
Fill the glass up to the top with ice and gently add more cranberry.
Pour butterfly pea tea and give it a gentle swirl – which helps form the layers.
Add the mint spring, edible flowers, and citrus rounds, and serve.
