Ingredients
- 45mL Blue Chamomile-infused vodka
- 30mL organic lychee syrup (we use Bacanha)
- Alkaline sparkling water (e.g. Badoit intense)
- Crushed ice
Method
To make the vodka infusion, put 2 dessertspoonfuls of our Blue Chamomile butterfly pea tea blend into 100mL vodka, and leave overnight in the fridge. Strain and it’s ready to use.
Fill a glass with crushed ice and add the lychee syrup.
Add 45mL of infused vodka and stir. If you want a less intense colour, substitute a portion of the infused vodka with plain vodka.
Fill up the glass with more ice. Top up with soda water to get the deep blue layer. Garnish with anything non-acidic, e.g. fresh or dried flowers, mint springs, or dried citrus rounds.
