Thé Paon’s “Pure butterfly pea” is for the purists, distinct from our tea blends as it contains only premium butterfly pea flowers (Clitoria ternatea). This unadulterated herbal tea-base has light grassy notes, and is a potent source of antioxidants for culinary concepts. Butterfly pea tea can be added to doughs, gels, cakes, rice dishes, confectionery, frozen treats, mocktails, cocktails and more! Add a drop of lemon or lime juice and watch your culinary creations and drinks change from iridescent blue to violet for that wow factor.
