DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Customers can monitor delivery status of purchases in most countries using the tracking codes provided.
Where do you deliver to?
Our butterfly pea tisanes can be shipped to most destinations around the world, including Europe, North America, and Asia/Pacific. We currently offer standard shipping via La Poste.
Standard Shipping : Thé Paon sends premium butterfly pea teas worldwide via the French national postage service, La Poste. Customers can monitor the delivery status of purchases using the tracking code provided with each completed order via the La Poste website. This tracking code will also work with your national postal service website if available (please refer to the list below).
To keep the standard delivery cost down, and in line with Thé Paon’s eco-promise to minimise waste, purchases are sent in small packages using packing made from recycled materials.
- For destinations outside France, tracking is available through to delivery for 45 countries: Germany, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Korea, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, USA , Finland, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Indonesia, Ireland, Iceland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Norway, New Zealand, Netherlands , Poland, Portugal, Russia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, the United Kingdom (non-exhaustive list subject to change by La Poste).
- For all other destinations, tracking is only available up to the French border.
What are the delivery times and costs?
We aim to process and send your order within 1-2 business days.
Shipping costs for your order can be obtained by typing in the destination Country, State/Postcode and/or Town during checkout. You will not be charged for the order until you click on the ‘Place Order’ (credit and debit cards) or the ‘Paypal’ button.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for ‘change of mind’ reasons.
Returns of opened products cannot be accepted due to food safety standards.
However, in the event that incorrect items have been sent, customers must email [email protected] within 2 working days. We will then arrange the return of the incorrect item(s) and send you the correct item at our cost.

Why are the products/bags different weights?
Each heat-sealed bag has 20 servings of premium butterfly pea tea blend. Our products have different weights because some ingredients are more heavy or bulky more than others. For example, chamomile is light while ginger root is heavy.
